How the Aerograder Works

The Aerograder uses dry air classification to separate fine and coarse materials efficiently. It utilizes air to separate particles based on their size, density, and shape. This separation process provides high-precision sorting, making it ideal for industries where quality control and consistent grading are essential. The system operates without water, making it the perfect solution for areas with limited water availability.

Number of Selector Blades

Controls particle rejection. Fewer blades reduce rejection, allowing more fines to be removed, while more blades increase rejection, removing fewer fines.

Feed Rate / Air Ratio

Controls particle saturation. Lower feed rate decreases saturation, more fines removed. Higher feed rate increases saturation, less fines removed.

Number of Fan Blades

Controls drag force in classification zone.

Rejector Speed

Controls centrifugal force and particle rejection. The speed of the fan influences the air velocity through the classifier. Higher fan speeds increase the air velocity.
